We will help you select the ideal investment and once your choice is made we will provide an Offering Summary, a Partnership Agreement and Money Wire Transfer Instructions

A detailed Business Plan outlining your investment project together with marketing recommendations and detailed financial reports will be provided to you. In addition, you will receive a Documents Receipt and Review Checklist.

Although we will help you locate legal counsel with both Project Development and EB5 expertise here in America, we still encourage you to secure your own separate legal and financial counsel to review and explain the provisions of each document that American Opportunity Partners attorney provides.

Once you have completed the review of the projects and documents, your capital investment plus fees will be deposited into the Partnership Account or the Escrow Account, as appropriate.
