We have created sophisticated programs for both Windows platform and Linux as well. Whether it be parsing data, or programs with a lot of user interface, we have experience studying the target users and making sure that they are listened to throughout the process.

The more time we spend understanding the problem, the better the solution can be. We believe that design is an iterative process with good communication back and forth with the client. We create a prototype and get feedback from the client. We take the input and improve prototype until the client is happy, until then, start over.. We've worked with large Quality Assurance groups, and are open to the feedback. Communication is often a big hurdle with software type people. You won't find that being the case here. We are experienced and are not such "geeks" that we can't communicate effectively! We understand the software life cycle and know there are always more than one way to solve a problem. It's important for the user experience to be simple and the results to be correct and delivered in a neat and easy to read fashion.
